We can provide for you the same services and smile makeovers as the flashy television dentists, but for much less cost to you. We have certain financial policies which ensure us that the bills will be paid so we can continue to serve you every day at the lowest fees possible. Realize that our staff are down-to-earth, family oriented people, who absolutely love their profession of dentistry and work hard to make sure that our patients are taken care of on a daily basis with less anxiety and pain, so you will routinely return for us to maintain your healthy smile. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks, so you will receive a statement after they reimburse us if they did not pay the full amount we estimated for you at your visit. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We offer a great long term financial payment plan for your convenience, but this must be arranged prior to actual services.
